I don’t want to speak about dried and fresh pasta history because it’s easy to find about it on internet and better writers treated properly this subject before.
I just restrict myself to testifying the history of our shop which is strictly connected with pasta and the values our work is inspired by. Tradition and renewal are our trade mark. We are always experimenting with products more and more refined searching for a taste that can satisfy who’s looking for genuine and natural food and home cooking.
What my grandma did thanks to her manual ability, now is made using continuous flows production machineries which are faster, but we continue obtaining products that heighten the qualities of our raw materials carefully chosen. Our family business is based on these values, we’re not interested in expanding the market of our products, but we aspire to the improvement of our shop.
All our products are made in Italy, we check the provenance of all the raw materials, we follow the traditional recipes mixing ingredients, but we enjoy finding new mix with great and renewed results.
We consider quality better than quantity and this is the essence of the craft made work.
